If you have installed Cleanscape products on a Windows 2000 machine 
and are experiencing problems with read/write privileges:

1. Reinstall the product as Administrator.

2. As Administrator, ensure that the following directories are set with
everything EXCEPT Full Control for normal Users:
c:\program files\cleanscape
c:\temp
c:\tmp
c:\windows\temp

Note also for these directories that "Full Control" should have neither
Allow nor Deny checked, i.e., those boxes should both be blank, as shown
in the figure below:
