This version of QEF is for NT 4.0 or Windows 2000.     

To install the package:

        (a) Create a temporary directory (for example, "C:\QEFDEMO").

        (b) Download "qefdemo.zip" to the temporary directory.

            Note:  If you're using an FTP client, remember to set bin-
            ary mode.

        (c) Unpack "qefdemo.zip".  Either PKZIP or WinZip may be used.

        (d) Review "readme.txt".

        (e) Execute "setup.exe".

For QEF documentation, download and unpack "qefguide.zip".  Use WinZip
or  InfoZip.  "qefguide.zip"  contains  long filenames;  consequently,
PKZIP cannot be used.
